Video: United’s incredible academy talent makes waves with stunning trending footage showing off his skills

Manchester United youngster JJ Gabriel has caused waves with a viral video online.

Meteoric rise

The 15-year-old attacker is one of the most discussed talents in world football for his age group.

Gabriel’s talent and potential have been well known to United for years and he was recently signed to a new contract at the club in the summer to fend off numerous European rivals.

He has risen up to under-18 level despite starting the season as a 14 year old.

Gabriel has taken to the level like a duck to water as he has scored seven goals in six games for the under-18s this year.

His exciting progress mean it is likely only a matter of time until he is called up to train with the first team.

What’s more, many around Carrington believe he is perhaps the most talented the player they have seen within the youth ranks and he may even be able to make a first team appearance in the not so distant future.

Some in the club even feel he is already as technically good as any player in the senior dressing room at Old Trafford.

Insane video

The youngster has posted a video online which demonstrates just how incredible his ball control already is.

The video shows the youngster playing wall tennis with a tennis ball but using his feet as if it were a normal sized football.

Most people would find it challenging enough to do what he is doing with a standard football but the 15 year old looks incredibly comfortable moving and controlling the tennis ball, using both feet effortlessly.

The player already dubbed “Kid Messi” also carried out numerous keepy-ups with the tennis ball and looked equally unfazed whilst pulling off the tricks.

The video was posted to the Rising ballers account and they posted “Manchester United’s JJ Gabriel (15) spotted training with a tennis ball on his day off. Putting in the extra practice… it’s no wonder he’s got 7 goals in 6 U18 PL games this season. United got a special talent on their hands… swipe to see MADNESS.”
