1 goal, 100% dribbles completed: United youngster fires loan side to crucial victory

Manchester United had numerous youngsters and senior players in action on a hectic Saturday afternoon of loan action.

Ethan Wheatley

The United youngster had a busy weekend last week when he played two games in 48 hours for England’s youth team and Northampton Town.

The 19 year old impressed in The Cobblers’ 2-1 win over Doncaster Rovers, netting his second goal of the season.

The striker reacted quickest from a free kick and flicked the ball expertly into the far corner of the goal, giving the keeper no chance.

He also had three shots on target and completed 100% of his dribble attempts.

Toby Collyer

The young midfielder got another opportunity to start and he did not waste it as he grabbed an assist in West Bromwich Albion’s 2-1 win over Preston North End.

To go alongside his assist to Isaac Price, he completed 94% of his passes in the match.

He also made an interception and won two tackles.

Radek Vitek

The Czech keeper has taken to life in the Championship like a duck to water and kept another clean sheet in Bristol City’s 1-0 win over Norwich City.

He made four stops inside the box and won both his ground duels. He also completed his only aerial contest in a solid display.

Andre Onana

The Cameroonian played the entire 90 minutes of Trabzonspor’s 2-1 win over Rizespor.

He made two saves in the match and completed one successful run out.

Onana also completed 82% of his passes during the game.

Marcus Rashford

The Englishman played the entire 90 minutes of Barcelona’s 2-1 victory over Girona in a Catalan derby.

He completed one key pass but his teammates could only connect with one of his five crosses.

Rashford had three shots and one effort that rattled the woodwork.

The England international worked hard off the ball winning four out of his six ground duels and completed two successful tackles.

Harry Amass

The young left back played the entire 90 minutes of Sheffield Wednesday’s 1-2 defeat to Charlton Athletic.

He completed 70% of his passes and could not complete a cross. He did complete 100% of his dribble attempts though.

Amass worked hard defensively too, winning five ground duels.

Dan Gore

The young midfielder played all 90 minutes of Rotherham’s 1-0 victory over Leyton Orient.

He struggled massively in his passing game, only completing a poor 44% of his passes.

Gore was better defensively though, winning four aerial duels and four ground contests.

Ethan Ennis

The young attacker was lively in Fleetwood Town’s 1-1 draw with Chesterfield.

He had one key pass and one shot on target. He was poor on the ball though, just completing 47% of his passes.

Ethan Williams

The United winger played 65 minutes of Falkirk’s 2-1 victory over Motherwell.

He made one key pass and connected with two of his three cross attempts.

Williams almost scored with a shot on target and stood up for his side defensively, winning all four of his ground duels.

Habeeb Ogunneye

Ogunneye struggled in Newport County’s 0-2 defeat to Cheltenham Town.

He made one clearance and failed to win an aerial duel.

Ogunneye also only won three of his 10 ground battles. He was stronger in attack though, completing his two crosses and making one key pass.

Jack Moorhouse

The Irishman played the final 13 minutes of Leyton Orient’s 0-1 loss to Rotherham United.

He looked after the ball well, completing all of his 12 passes. Moorhouse did fail to win either of his one ground or aerial contest.
